48 hours. UPS and FedEx, surface, 2nd day and next day shipping are available. Economy
truck shipping is available for large orders. Saturday delivery is available in most
areas.

Warranty Protection
We want you to be happy with your purchase from CSC. All CSC manufactured products
carry a full one year warranty. Contact our sales department for extended warranty

International Orders
CSC welcomes inquiries from dealers and companies outside the US. Please call
or fax us for more information.
Customer Service
Damage in transit must be reported to the carrier within 10 days. RMAs must be shipped
prepaid with the invoice and an RMA number from tech support. Improperly packaged
items may be returned and the warranty voided. CSC will, at its sole discretion,
repair or replace defective products. Items returned for credit must be shipped within
15 days of invoice date.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. All items are in stock at the time
of catalog printing. Available quantities are limited on some items. We gladly accept
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, COD, or prepaid orders. No surcharge
for credit cards.
